Licensing Option #1 Name & Territory Partner License

The NT Partner License is a naming license for a selected territory with annual
renewals. This option is only available to parties who purchase the "Professional Partner" license. The NT
license is a cost effective way to secure more than one territory, but still get all the benefits of the higher priced license.

Example** want to own the rights to all of San Diego, CA, purchase one "Professional Partner" license and
one "NT" license and you will have exclusive control of the entire region.

The NT license comes with exclusive naming and territory rights,
but does not include any additional tools or information beyond what is included in the "Professional Partner" package.
Only two "NT" licenses available per each "PP" license purchased.

The NT Partner License grants ownership of the purchased territory, unlimited
usage of the Solar Maid name and brand, distributor pricing while current on annual dues.

The "YOY" option is designed to provide a low cost entry into the industry with
no long term commitments. The "YOY" license provides the ideal worry free, "pay as you go" option. Many
potential Solar Maid operators miss out on this tremendous business opportunity because of uncertainty about it's true potential,
but with the "YOY" license option, you have the opportunity to pay as your business expands.

The "YOY license option gives the same exclusive name & territory
rights as the other options and can be upgraded at anytime after the first year. You also get unlimited leads, the opertaions
manual, general market report, distributor discounts and a marketing tool kit to help you get your new business growing
fast.

Partner License is our most popular licensing option, it is an annual license for a selected territory with annual renewal
dues. This option comes with everything listed on the business package page. This is the ideal option for individuals looking to develop a successful business with high earnings and growth
potential.

Partner License grants continued ownership of the purchased territory, unlimited usage of the Solar Maid name and
brand, lead referrals, distributor pricing while current on annual dues. This option gives operators an ideal way to "Test
Drive" the full Solar Maid program without a long term commitment. General Partners have the option of upgrading
to the Professional Partner status at any time after their first full year.

Option #4 Professional Partner License

The Professional Partner License is a lifetime license for a selected territory with very low annual renewals.
This option comes with everything listed on the business package page. This is the ideal option for existing business owners looking to include a high revenue generating add-on to their
current business. *
The
Professional Partner License grants ownership of the purchased territory, unlimited usage of the Solar Maid name and brand,
lifetime lead referrals, special distributor pricing and territory refusal rights while current on dues. The "Professional
Partner" license gives owner the right to purchase additional "NT" licenses for the future growth
of their territories.

Licensing
Option #5 International License
Reseller Program
The ILR Program has been designed to give individuals and
organizations the opportunity to operate their own Solar Maid Licensing Business outside of the United States. This is a very
selective program do to the requirements needed to develop a successful operation that will mirror the current one in the
US.

The selected parties in each international location will be responsible for sectioning territories,
selling territories, translating any existing materials to meet the needs of the local language and with the help of the main
office, support their territory operators.

This opportunity is meant for serious investors who can meet
the high demands of managing a complex licensing business in their home country. To discuss the details and cost of this opportunity

Each of the license options requires that the operator purchases a minimum of $120.00 worth of Solar Maid products or
services each calender year. These items include cleaning solution, uniforms, tools, software or marketing services all of
which are available on the Solar Maid web site. Solar Maid offers case by case lay-away options for parties
unable to meet up-front cost requirements, but will not release any territories until license option is paid in full. Annual
renewal fees will be billed by regular mail during the 12th month, for the following year.
Getting Started: The
first step in applying to become a licensed Solar Maid operator is to fill out the form below. After you submit this form,
you will receive a response within 24 hours indicating whether or not your specified territory is available and you have been
accepted to participate. ( All responses are done via email, no one will call unless you specifically
request to speak with someone)
Step
two in securing your Solar Maid territory
is to read and agree to the terms and conditions ( Here) After you have read and agree with the full disclosure of the Solar Maid operation, you may proceed to step three. By proceeding
to step three, you give indication that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this offer.

Step
Three is the final step before starting
your very own Solar Maid business. Click on the “Buy Now” button that corresponds with your option choice and
proceed to the Pay Pal account to place your order. Pay Pal accepts personal checks as well as all major credit cards. That’s

will receive a call from our General Manager within 2 business days to discuss the details of your territory and to officially
welcome you to the Solar Maid Family.
